WHY THIS RETREAT?

Sometimes life feels heavy and fast. We forget to breathe, to listen, to rest. I’ve been there too… rushing, overthinking, disconnected from my body. Yoga has always been the practice that brought me back home to myself.
This retreat is for everyone who wants to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

We’ll focus mainly on yoga. The movements, the breathing, and also the philosophy behind it. You’ll learn the foundations of practice, but also experience how yoga can become a lifestyle of balance, awareness, and joy.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Our days will flow with:
  • Morning meditation, breathwork, and yoga sequences
  • Lessons in yoga philosophy and awareness
  • Rest, massages, swimming in the sea, and a boat trip
  • Evening chanting, yin yoga, and sharing circles
It’s less about sexuality, more about wholeness, but of course tantra weaves through everything we do.
